Where can I download Mochi?
Mochi is available for iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Download Mochi on the App Store. The app is free to download, with optional Mochi Plus subscriptions.
What is Pawsonality, and how do I unlock it?
Pawsonality is available now in Mochi 1.1. Update Mochi from the App Store, then open Today or My cat to find it. Record moods on three different days within the past 30 days to unlock your cat’s playful portrait. The days do not need to be consecutive.
Explore their mood mix and share a personalized paw card in apricot, sage, or lilac. Your cat’s portrait is created on your device from the moods you choose. It is a playful keepsake, not a health assessment.
Why does Pawsonality still need more check-in days?
Pawsonality counts one mood check-in per calendar day, using your latest mood for that day. Several check-ins on the same day still count as one day. It looks at today and the previous 29 days, so older check-ins do not count toward the three-day unlock.
What else is new in version 1.1?
Alongside Pawsonality portraits and shareable paw cards, this update improves diary saving, daily refresh, and navigation. Get the latest version on the App Store.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers receive 3 days free when they confirm a subscription with Apple. Choose $4.99/month or $14.99/year (USD). After the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Trial eligibility and local prices are shown in the app before you confirm.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In Mochi, go to My cat → Manage subscription. You can also open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mochi. Cancel or choose a different plan there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Open Apple subscription settings.
I subscribed, but Plus is locked.
Make sure you’re signed into the Apple Account used to subscribe, then go to My cat → Restore purchases. If a purchase is pending approval, access begins when Apple confirms it. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Where are my photos and memories stored?
On your device. Mochi does not currently sync journals between devices. Keep an Apple device backup before replacing your phone, and save or share your favorite keepsake cards. Deleting the app removes local journal data.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You can still view your saved journal, edit your profile, and share cards from existing memories. An active trial or subscription is needed to add memories, record daily moods, and create daily report cards.
How do I delete a memory?
Open Memories, tap the memory, and use the trash button. Confirm deletion to remove it. This cannot be undone in the app.
How do I request a refund?
Apple manages billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to review your purchases and request help.
